Fruit of a collaboration between Gllu and Malàkio , this new edition of the Platine coffee table combines two noble materials: solid oak and recycled shell.

Fully customizable, the Platine table adapts to your style, you can choose the color and diameter of the top as well as the shade and height of the legs.

Thanks to its varnished top, the Platine table is protected for daily use.
Ideal in a living room, it will elegantly hold your small vases, books, coffee cups or aperitif trays.

The tray is available in 2 colors: Shell Mix and Black Oysters.
The Platine is also available with a black base or natural . As well as in its original version, in total oak .

The shell trays are made in Nantes in the Malàkio workshop.
The wooden bases are made in Rouen, in our workshop .

Tray of revalued shells, from Breton beaches (60% shells and 40% plant matrix)

The shell trays are varnished, making them water and heat resistant.

MALÀKIO

Founded in 2020 in Nantes by Morgan and Hugo, Malàkio is a committed company that combines design and ecology. Driven by a desire to rethink materials, they have developed an innovative composite made from shellfish waste, providing a concrete response to the challenges of marine shell recycling.

In collaboration with local producers and restaurateurs, Malàkio collects used shells, which are then transformed by hand in their Nantes workshop.

This unique material gives rise to everyday objects, accessories and custom-made pieces of furniture, where durability rhymes with aesthetics.
