Frequently asked questions

How do I fix the shelves?

Our shelves are designed for easy installation.
The Super-Poses shelves are mounted using small brass nails — all included.
All you need is a hammer and a level!

Can I hang them on a concrete or brick wall?

Our small nails may not hold in concrete or brick walls.
However, our shelves are very lightweight and work great with adhesive wall hooks.
Just make sure to choose hooks made for lightweight frames — the wooden edge is 1.4 cm wide.

Can I put magazines in it?

They can hold small magazines, but standard formats may be too large — they might lean forward and put too much weight on the brass rail.

For displaying magazines, we recommend our Mega-poses model 😉

I'm moving house. Can I remove and reinstall my shelf?

Yes, no problem!
For the Super-poses shelves, just pull gently near the nails and the shelf will come off easily.
For the large Super-poses (80cm), we recommend removing it with two people to avoid any risk of breakage.

Where does the wood used come from?

We're lucky enough to have a sawmill less than 20km from our workshop. To be precise, in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, where we've been buying our oak and chestnut planks since the very beginning. Their stock is huge, a real treat for wood lovers!
