Deliveries and returns



The delivery time is about 3 to 7 days depending on the delivery destination. The times indicated are indicative, corresponding to the average time of treatment and delivery.

In any case, the maximum delivery period is 30 working days as from the order, except particularity indicated in the order.
Gllu will not be able to be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing not being of its fact.


In case of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address indicated. The order will have then to be recovered or withdrawn to the address and according to the methods indicated by the carrier. In the absence of withdrawal in the time fixed by the carrier, the order will be returned to Gllu. The order will then be refunded, the shipping costs remaining in charge of the customer.


If, at the time of delivery, the external aspect of the parcel is not perfect, the recipient will proceed to the opening of the parcel in the presence of the carrier in order to check the state of the products. In case of damage resulting from transport, the recipient will have to refuse the damaged products and indicate "refusal for damage" on the return form. In case of apparent defect of the parcel, the recipient will have to make all reserves and complaints which would appear justified; it will be up to him, if it is necessary, to refuse the parcel.
For any complaint relating to an apparent defect or damage during the delivery of the product, contact our customer service, as soon as possible.
In the case of a refusal of the delivery or return, you will be able to ask for a new delivery or the cancellation of its order(under the conditions of the article 9.1.3).



Gllu considers that any customer who would not be satisfied with the ordered products must be able to exercise his right of retraction, without penalties, in the best conditions. According to the articles L.221-18 and following of the Code of the consumption, the legal delay of the right of retraction is of 14 clear days as from the date of delivery of the product. The refund will be made a few days after receipt of the product by the Returns Department according to the means of payment used for the Order and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Only the return or exchange of products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), in perfect condition for resale (not soiled, not damaged, not worn) will be accepted. The return costs remain at the customer's expense, except in the case of a lack of conformity or hidden defects of the product.

In case of use of the right of withdrawal for only part of the order, only the price invoiced for the returned products will be refunded. In case of partial withdrawal of the order, the customer who would have benefited, at the time of the initial order, from the free delivery because of the exceeding of a certain amount of order, could be re-invoiced the expenses of delivery corresponding to its effective order, if this last one passed under the threshold of free delivery.

By exception, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the contracts listed in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, including in particular contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, because of their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

The products must be returned to Gllu at the following address: 40 rue de la Clérette, 76770 Malaunay.
The products will have to be turned over in their packing of origin, correctly protected. They will have to be in a perfect state of resale. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, washed, damaged, soiled, even partially will not be refunded or exchanged.

We recommend that you keep a proof of return to facilitate the procedures in case of problem during transport. We also suggest that you return the product via Colissimo, or another carrier for oversized packages, with a recommendation or additional insurance for the market value of the products, guaranteeing, if necessary, compensation for the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of the goods. In all cases, the return is at the customer's risk. It is your responsibility to keep all proof of return. Except in the case of lack of conformity or hidden defects of the product, the return costs are at the customer's expense.
